Currently, FORESTIQUE primarily ships across India. International shipping will be available soon.

Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
Other Cities: 3-7 business days
Remote Areas: 5-8 business days

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Return & Refund
Can I return a product after delivery?
No. Due to hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all FORESTIQUE skincare and personal care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered successfully.
Can I exchange a product after receiving it?
No. We do not offer exchanges for delivered products as they belong to the personal care category and must adhere to strict hygiene standards.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- An unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
- Clear images of the damaged product and packaging.
Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive an incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video and photographs. Once verified, we will provide the appropriate resolution.
What if an item is missing from my order?
If your order is incomplete, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and order details for verification.
How will my refund be processed?
If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
