Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and special sale periods.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Most orders are delivered within 0 to 7 business days depending on the delivery location, courier service availability, and regional accessibility.
In rare situations such as remote-area deliveries, unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, public holidays, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control, delivery timelines may extend between 7 to 14 business days.
Forestique continuously works with reliable shipping partners to minimize delays and ensure timely deliveries whenever possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. Forestique may also offer free shipping promotions on selected orders, products, or campaigns at its discretion.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details including full address, phone number, and postal code during checkout. Forestique shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are managed by the respective logistics provider.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, customers will receive order tracking details through email, SMS, or other available communication channels. Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after shipment pickup.
Delayed or Undelivered Orders
While Forestique strives to ensure timely deliveries, certain delays may occur due to factors beyond our control including weather conditions, operational disruptions, transportation issues, public holidays, regional restrictions, or courier-related delays.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, customers may contact our support team for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If a package appears visibly damaged during delivery, customers are advised to record proper evidence and contact us immediately after receiving the order.
Forestique reserves the right to investigate shipping-related issues before approving replacements or resolutions.
