At Forestique, customer satisfaction and product safety remain our highest priorities. As our products fall under the personal care and skincare category, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for every item sold through our website.
Due to the nature of these products, Forestique does not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements once an order has been delivered successfully. This policy is implemented to ensure the safety, authenticity, and hygiene of all products for every customer.
Customers are requested to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, usage information, and order details before completing a purchase.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
In the rare event that a customer receives a damaged product, incorrect item, or incomplete order, the issue must be reported to Forestique within 24 hours of delivery along with clear unboxing video proof and supporting images.
Requests submitted without proper evidence may not be eligible for review or resolution. Forestique reserves the right to verify all claims before approving any replacement, refund, or support request.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will only be processed in cases where:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product was received in damaged condition
- The order was lost during transit and confirmed by the courier partner
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on the payment provider and banking channels.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all skincare, personal care, cosmetic, opened, used, or tampered products are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Forestique reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests that do not comply with this policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they are dispatched from our facility. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or recalled.
